Project Identification: EVPL Oaklyn – Renovation & Addition Project Location: 3001 Oaklyn Dr, Evansville, IN 47711 Owner: Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library.

Project Description: Project consists of the interior renovation of the existing library, a small building addition, and exterior site and landscape upgrades. Full extent of the work is indicated in the Contract Documents.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date: May 22, 2025 Bid Time: 3:00 PM, local time (Central Daylight Time). Location: EVPL Central, 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Evansville, IN 47713 in the Browning Event Room.

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud on May 22, 2025 at 3:00 PM (CDT) at EVPL Central, 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Evansville, IN 47713 in the Browning Event Room.

Bidders are urged to attend a pre-bid conference at 9:00 AM (CDT) on Tuesday, May 06, 2025, at EVPL Oaklyn, 3001 Oaklyn Dr, Evansville, IN 47711 with representatives of the Owner and Design Team present to discuss construction sequence, bidding requirements and information; contractor's work and storage areas; and requirements for contractor's personnel.
