Program Barn - Henderson County Cooperative Extension District

The Henderson County Cooperative Extension District will receive sealed proposals at the Henderson County Cooperative Extension Service Office, 3341 KY Hwy 351, Henderson, KY 42420, for the following project: Program Barn - Henderson County Cooperative Extension District will be received until 02:00PM, LOCAL TIME, Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly. No action will be taken at this bid opening. All bids will be taken under advisement for the Architect’s review and recommendation to the Henderson County Cooperative Extension District Board.

A deposit of $ 250.00 will be required of eligible bidders for procuring specifications, drawings, and contract documents. The deposit for plans and specifications will be returned to all the bidders, upon the return of plans, contract documents, and specifications to Maco-Evansville Blueprint Company in very good condition, within 14 days from date of receiving bids.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Henderson County Cooperative Extension Service or bidder's bond executed by the bidder and Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Kentucky in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Should any contractor whose bid is accepted default in furnishing 100% Performance and Payment Bond and contract required, then certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner.
