A formal pre-bid meeting will be held at: 10:00 a.m. CST, local time, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. MSD of Mt. Vernon Administration Building. 1000 W. 4th Street Mt. Vernon, IN 47620. The project will be reviewed at the educational facility in question at the conclusion of the formal portion of the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Owner FOR:
Roof Replacement Projects located at:
1) Mt. Vernon High School, 700 Harriett Street, Mt. Vernon, IN
2) Hedges Community Center, 716 Locust Street, Mt. Vernon, IN
3) West Elementary School, 1105 W 4th Street, Mt Vernon, IN
UNTIL 10:00 a.m. CST local standard time on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at the MSD of Mt. Vernon Administration Building 1000 W. 4th Street Mt. Vernon, IN 47620 AT WHICH TIME, all proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud. Attendance at the scheduled pre-bid meeting by an agent of each Prime Bidder is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
