It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to make sure the Bid is received at the Henderson County Judge Executive’s Office by the appointed bid time.

The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Henderson County Fiscal Court at 9:30 am. No action will be taken at this bid opening. All bids will be taken under advisement for the Architect’s & County Engineer’s review.

A deposit of $100.00 (payable to Henderson County Treasurer) will be required of eligible bidders for procuring specifications, drawings, and contract documents. The deposit for plans and specifications will be returned to all the bidders, upon the return of plans, contract documents, and specifications to Maco - Evansville Blue in very good condition, within 14 days from date of receiving bids.
