Project Description: Project consists of Chain Link Fence Replacement and Enhancement at three schools and new backstop netting at soccer.

Jefferson Elementary School, 1000 South Alves St., Henderson KY 42420
Central Academy, 851 Center St., Henderson KY 42420
Henderson County High School, 2424 Zion Rd, Henderson, KY 42420
The Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, chain link fences, athletic equipment and clean-up and removal of construction debris.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time on February 13, 2025 at the office of the Owner, Henderson County Schools Board of Education, 1805 Second Street, Henderson, KY 42420, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
There will not be a prebid.
One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Henderson County Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
Deposits will be refunded to contractors who submit a bona fide proposal to the Owner (directly or through a prime contractor) and return the documents, in an acceptable and reusable condition within ten days of the opening of the bids.
