West Hopkins Industries, an industrial development authority in Dawson Springs, KY, is soliciting proposals for a qualified Contractor to Join the Design Build Team for the New Dawson Springs Spec Building. The prospective contractor will join the existing design team to provide insight and guidance throughout the design process and then ultimately manage and construct the proposed facility.
The Dawson Springs Spec Building will be constructed in the existing West Hopkins Industries Dawson Springs Industrial Park. The project will include the construction of a 50,000± pre engineered steel structure with associated utility, parking, and access infrastructure.
No Prebid conference is scheduled at this time, but all contractors are encouraged to reach out to the design engineer for any questions. All proposals shall be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. local time Friday, January 10th, 2025.
