The City of Dawson Springs is soliciting bids for the construction of Recovery Drive, a proposed 2-lane asphalt roadway with curb and gutter that tie into KY-109. The project also includes water and sewer utility extensions along the proposed roadway. The project will consist of excavation, subbase installation, asphalt paving, curb/gutter installation, storm sewer installation, utility installation, sediment control and reseeding.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site at existing gravel entrance off KY-109 adjacent to All-Source Logistics (200 Industrial Park Rd.), beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time Thursday, November 14th, 2024. All bids shall be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, November 21st, 2024. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Recovery Drive Construction” in the bottom left corner of the envelope and delivered to:
