Epworth Point Subdivision

Sealed Bids for Epworth Point Subdivision in Warrick County, Indiana, will be received at the Friedman Park Event Center (Warrick County Redevelopment Commission), 2700 Park Boulevard, Newburgh, Indiana, 11:15 A.M. - 12:00 P.M., local time on December 5, 2024. Any bids submitted prior to 11:15 A.M. local time on December 5, 2024, shall be submitted to the Warrick County Redevelopment Commission, 4763 Rosebud Lane, Suite C, Newburgh, Indiana. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the Warrick County Redevelopment Commission Meeting, 2700 Park Boulevard, Newburgh, IN, as prescribed by Indiana Code 36-1-12, at 12:00 p.m. on December 5, 2024.

This project consists of a single contract for the construction of asphalt and concrete roadways, asphalt paths, storm and sanitary sewer networks, earthwork and grading, and erosion control.

A Pre-Bid meeting for all Contractors will be held at 9:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the Warrick County Redevelopment Commission, 4763 Rosebud Lane, Suite C, Newburgh, Indiana. Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is mandatory for all general contractors/bidders. Failure to attend shall render a bid non-responsive.
