R.E. STEVENSON ELEMENTARY ROOF PROJECT

Project consists of a single-ply roof rehabilitation of approximately 34,000 SF to R.E. Stevenson Elementary for the Russellville Independent Board of Education. Project entails roof membrane coating preparation and the application of reinforced fluid-applied roof membrane and flashings over existing fully adhered EPDM membrane roof.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday October 10, 2024, at the Russellville Independent Schools Board of Education, located at 355 South Summer Street, Russellville, KY 42276. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after this time shall not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms contained in the Project Manual and enclosed in a sealed envelope with the following on the outside:

A Pre-Bid Meeting for all bidders will be held on Monday September 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. local time at R.E. Stevenson Elementary, 1000 North Main Street, Russellville, Kentucky 42276. All attendees must sign-in at the front lobby then be directed to the meeting room.

Bid Documents may be obtained from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Checks covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Russellville Independent Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents are available from Maco-Evansville Blue. Charges to obtain electronic copies must be arranged with Maco-Evansville Blue. No partial sets will be issued.
