The Project name is “HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOLS, WASTEWATER SYSTEMS – SPOTTSVILLE, CAIRO, AND NIAGARA, HENDERSON, KY” as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated May 7, 2024.
Project Descriptions: The work consists of the replacement of wastewater treatment plants at Spottsville, Cairo and Niagara Elementary Schools.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, earth moving, turf and grasses, facility water distribution piping, facility sanitary sewers, and packaged wastewater treatment plant, and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on September 11, 2024, at the Henderson County Board of Education, 1805 Second Street, Henderson, KY 42420, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A prebid conference will be held on September 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, at Spottsville Elementary School, 9190 US Hwy 60 E, Spottsville, KY 42458. Site visits at Niagara and Cairo after. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.
Two sets of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by general contractors and one (1) set by mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, sprinkler, electrical, masonry and roofing contractors from MACO -Evansville Blue 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable.
Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Henderson County Schools Board of Education. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
