UNION COUNTY FISCAL COURT, DR. JOHN A. ARNOLD ARENA REROOFING AND RENOVATIONS

The Project name is “UNION COUNTY FISCAL COURT, DR. JOHN A. ARNOLD ARENA REROOFING AND RENOVATIONS”, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated July 22, 2024.

Project Description: The Work consists of reroofing – provide ridged insulation and thermoplastic membrane as required to install a retrofit thermoplastic roof system.

The Work includes, but is not limited to miscellaneous carpentry, thermoplastic membrane roofing, thermoplastic roofing preparations, sheet metal flashing and trim, manufactured roof specialties, joint sealants and clean-up and removal of construction debris.

Proposals will be received as a Lump Sum Bid(s) for the work indicated in the Bidding Documents.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on August 20, 2024, at Union County Fiscal Court, 100 West Main Street, Morganfield, Kentucky 42437, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held on August 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM, prevailing time, at Dr. John A. Arnold Arena, 125 Pryor Boulevard, Sturgis Kentucky. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Prime contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the Owner. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with, and paid directly to, Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.

Electronic copies of the plans will be available and shall be arranged with, and paid for directly to, MACO-Evansville Blue (non-refundable).
