Notice is hereby given that HOPE of Evansville will be collecting sealed proposals for a home rehabilitation at 618 E Delaware St. This contract is subject to SAM registration, Equal Opportunity Regulations, Section 3 reporting requirements and opportunities for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 12 at 618 E Delaware St., Evansville, IN 47711 at 9 a.m. followed by a brief tour of the project site.

HOPE of Evansville herein after referred to as "OWNER" is soliciting competitive bids from licensed contractors to complete the above named project, which, in whole or in part, is receiving federal funds through the City of Evansville, requiring Federal Labor Standards Provisions to apply. Your company, among others, is invited to submit a bid(s) on a competitive basis in the format described in this Request for Bids (RFB). This RFB establishes requirements and defines responsibilities for the prospective Bidder, herein after referred to as
