Project Location: 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd., Evansville, IN 47713

Owner: Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library.

Architect: MKM architecture + design, 435 E. Brackenridge St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802 (phone: 260-422-0783).

Project Description: Project consists of the interior renovation of the existing library. Work is indicated in the Contract Documents.

Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades).

PREBID MEETING

Bidders are urged to attend a pre-bid conference at 9:00 AM (CDT) on Thursday, August 08, 2024 at EVPL Central, 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Evansville, IN 47713 with representatives of the Owner and Design Team present to discuss construction sequence, bidding requirements and information; contractor's work and storage areas; and requirements for contractor's personnel. See Section 002513 "Prebid Meetings" for more information.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date: August 22, 2024 Bid Time: 3:00 PM, local time (Central Daylight Time).

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud on August 22, 2024 at 3:00 PM (CDT) at EVPL Central, 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Evansville, IN 47713 in the Browning Event Room.
