DAWSON SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL, FREEZER COOLER EXPANSION

The Project name is “DAWSON SPRINGS INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS, DAWSON SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL, FREEZER COOLER EXPANSION”, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C., Owensboro, Kentucky. Drawings and specifications are dated April 5, 2024

Project Description: Provide a replacement walk in cooler/freezer for the existing exterior units. Also provide an additional stand-alone walk-in freezer on a new concrete slab. Additional earthwork and concrete sidewalk is to be included. The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, earthwork, termite control, lawns and grasses, cast-in-place concrete, thermoplastic membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, food service equipment and electrical and clean-up and removal of construction debris.

Proposals will be received on May 28, 2024 until 3:00 PM, prevailing time, at the Dawson Springs Independent Schools Board of Education, 118 East Arcadia Ave., Dawson Springs, KY 42408, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A prebid Zoom conference will be held on May 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, hosted by RBS Design Group. All attendees shall email Sara@rbsdesigngroup.com to receive the invite.

One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Prime contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Dawson Springs Ind Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with, and paid directly to, Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.

Electronic copies of the plans will be available and shall be arranged with, and paid for directly to, Maco-Evansville Blue (non-refundable).
