The Hopkins County Fiscal Court, 56 North Main Street, Madisonville, Ky. will receive Sealed Bids for Hopkins County Sheriff's Office, 3100 Grapevine Road, Madisonville, Ky. until 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME on JULY 151 2024. Bids will be received by Laura Harvey, Fiscal Court Clerk, Hopkins County Fiscal Court, 56 North Main Street, Madisonville, Ky. All Bids received in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and by the Time Deadline will be opened publicly.

CONSTRUCTION TIME FOR PROJECT:

The Time for Completion for this project is: FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE CALENDAY DAYS (475) from the date of the signing of the Contract.

SCOPE OF PROJECT:

The project consists of a 17,443 SF, one-story building. There will be asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, concrete curbing and seeding. The building consists of a monolithically poured concrete slab, steel stud walls, wood trusses, composite cement fiber exterior wall panels, drywall walls, acoustical ceilings, porcelain tile, L VT, carpet squares and rubber flooring. Allowances are provided for interior office cubicles, evidence cabinets, cameranv systems, Wi-Fi service and portable radio coverage systems. Plumbing consists of standard components and synthetic stone sinks. HVAC is incorporated throughout by means of hanging air handlers above ceiling with a MU air unit on exterior of building. Additionally, there are floor mounted package units with exterior condensing units. Electrical consists of a emergency generator, standard outlets and light fixtures throughout. Cameras, TV, data and audio systems are included.
