Owner: Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library.

Architect: MKM architecture + design, 435 E. Brackenridge St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802 (phone: 260-422-0783).

Project Description: Project consists of the interior renovation of the existing library.

Work is indicated in the Contract Documents.

Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades).

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location

given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to

Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date: May 30, 2024

Bid Time: 3:00 PM, local time (Central Daylight Time).

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud on May 30, 2024 at 3:00 PM
