Henderson County H.S. CTE Renovation

The Project name is “HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOLS, HENDERSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL CTE RENOVATION” as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated February 1, 2024

Project Descriptions: The work consists of an addition to, and renovations of, the Henderson County Career and Technical Center.

The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, site clearing, earthwork, termite control, asphalt paving, chain link fences and gates, lawns and grasses, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry assemblies, structural steel, steel joists, steel deck, metal fabrications, steel handrails and railings, miscellaneous carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, building insulation, spray on thermal insulation, open cell spray foam insulation, thermoplastic membrane roofing, membrane roofing preparation, sheet metal flashing and trim, manufactured roof specialties, firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, access doors and frames, aluminum windows, finish hardware, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient floor tile, resilient wall base and accessories, linoleum tile floor coverings, carpet tile, painting, visual display boards, toilet compartments, welding curtains, signs, toilet and bath accessories, floor mates, HVAC & plumbing systems, electrical (power, communication, and lighting) systems, and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris.

Proposals will be received as a Lump Sum Bid(s) for the work indicated in the Bidding Documents.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on May 7, 2024, at the Henderson County Board of Education, 1805 Second Street, Henderson, KY 42420, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held on April, 25, 2024, at 2:00 PM, prevailing time, at Henderson County High School, 2424 Zion Road, Henderson, KY 42420. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

Two sets of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by general contractors and one (1) set by mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, sprinkler, electrical, masonry and roofing contractors from Maco -Evansville Blue 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Electronic copies of the plans will be available and shall be arranged with and paid for directly to Maco-Evansville Blue (non-refundable).
