New EMS Ambulance Building for Gibson County Board of Commissioners

The Owner solicits bids for a contractor to perform all work associated with said project including all labor, material, supplies and equipment. The contractor must provide a finished product that meets all requirements of federal, state, and local law, rules, and regulations, including ADA rules and regulations.

The bidder shall orderly compile all necessary bid documents and submit the same in a sealed envelope (see details below). Specifications shall be available for viewing at the Offices of the Gibson County Commissioners, which is located at 225 N. Hart Street, Princeton, Indiana. Specifications can also be obtained at the contractor's expense (if any) via MACO - Evansville Blue via its website at https://www.macoplanroom.com/ or in person at 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708. Questions regarding the specifications can be asked at the pre-bid meeting or by sending an email to all four of the following recipients: (1) Andy Schafer at aschaferr􀀨v,gibsoncounty-in.gov, (2) David Pond at dpond(a),gibsoncounty-in.gov, (3) Larry Donovan at clonovananddonovan(msbcglobal.net, and (3) Jason Spindler at jasonra(spindlerlav,1.com. It is imperative that you email all four individuals with your question(s).

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/conference will be held on February 7, 2024, at 10 AM CST at Gibson County North Annex, which is located at 225 N. Hart Street, Princeton, Indiana 47670. While said meeting is non-mandatory, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend said meeting.

Sealed bids must be timely received by one of the following two ways, namely:

1. C/0: Gibson County, Gibson County Auditor, Attention Mr. Mike Watkins, 101 North Main St., Princeton, Indiana 47670 by 4:00 PM CST, February 20, 2024; or

2. Tendering the documents at the bid opening on February 20, 2024, at 4:45 PM CST at Gibson County Annex North, which is located at 225 N Hart St., # 105, Princeton, Indiana 47670.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the bid opening on February 20, 2024, at 4:45 CST. Any bids received later than the above time and date will be returned unopened. No conditional bids will be considered.
