OHIO COUNTY H.S. - GREENHOUSE RENOVATION

The project includes the renovation of the existing (2) two high school greenhouse structures by disposing of the existing sidewall, end wall, partition wall, and roof panels, existing heaters and ventilation / cooling equipment and providing new 8mm polycarbonate wall & roof panels; new aluminum extrusions, new doors, frames, and hardware; heating equipment; ventilation equipment; cooling equipment; control systems; and all associated mechanical / electrical work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on January 16, 2024, at the Ohio County Board of Education, located at 315 East Union Street, Hartford, KY 42347. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after this time shall not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms contained in the Project Manual and enclosed in a sealed envelope with the following on the outside:

A Pre-Bid Meeting for all bidders will be held on Tuesday January 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Ohio County High School, 1400 South Main Street, Hartford, Kentucky 42347. All attendees must sign-in at the front lobby then be directed to the meeting room.

Bid Documents may be obtained from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 upon deposit of One Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of One Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Checks covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Ohio County Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents are available from Maco-Evansville Blue. Charges to obtain electronic copies must be arranged with Maco-Evansville Blue. No partial sets will be issued.
