Southridge High School Auditorium Renovations 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Dubois County School Corporation by and through its Board of School Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 2:30 P.M. (ET), on Thursday, December 7, 2023 and not thereafter, in the Board Meeting Room, located at 105 West Sunset Drive, Huntingburg, Indiana 47542, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. (ET) in the Auditorium at Southridge High School. Meet outside the main entrance of Southridge High School.

Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the printing company listed below for a purchase of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) per set payable to MACO-Evansville Blue. Electronic media may be purchased for TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) as established by printing company. Postage, when necessary, shall be paid for by the entity requesting Bid Documents. It is mandatory that each prime contract bidder shall obtain one (1) complete set of bidding documents.
