Owner: Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library.

Architect: MKM architecture + design, 435 E. Brackenridge St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802 (phone: 260-422-0783).

Project Description: Project consists of providing furniture, fixtures & equipment (FFE) for the North Park Library. Work is indicated in the Contract Documents.

Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades).

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date: August 20, 2024.

Bid Time: 3:00 PM, local time (Central Daylight Time).

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud on August 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM (CDT) at EVPL Central, 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Evansville, IN 47713 in the 2nd Floor LARGE GROUP ROOM.
