The Gibson County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter "Owner") will receive sealed bids for two (2) separate projects, namely: I) for the construction of new sidewalks at the Gibson County Cou1thouse and 2) for the paving of an existing County owned parking lot.

The Owner solicits bids for a contractor to perform all work associated with said projects including all labor. material, supplies and equipment. The contractor must provide a finished product that meets all requirements of federal. state, and local law, rules, and regulations, including ADA rules and regulations.

The bidder shall orderly compile all necessary bid documents and submit the same in a sealed envelope (see details below). Specifications shall be available for viewing at the Offices of the Gibson County Commissioners, which is located at 107 S. Hart Street, Princeton, Indiana 47670. Specifications can also be obtained at the contractor's expense (if any) via MACO - Evansville Blue via its website at https://www.macoplanroom.com/ or in person at 600 Court Street, Evansville. Indiana 47708.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/conference will be held on July 12. 2024, at 8 am CST at Gibson County Commissioners' Office, which is located at 107 S. Hart Street. Princeton. Indiana 47670. While said meeting is non-mandatory, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend said meeting.

Contractors shall indicate a project completion deadline in their bid. Amendment(s) to this notice, if any, and/or amendment(s) to the specifications, if any, will be sent out by the Owner to all who request amendments in writing and via email. Said email shall be sent to all three of the following recipients: (I) Andy Schafer at aschafor@gibsoncountv-in.gov, (2) Larry Donovan at donovananddonovanfr"i1sbcglobal.net, and (3) Jason Spindler at jason(a!,spindlerla'vv.com. It is imperative that you email the request to all three individuals. Said amendments will also be provided to MACO - Evansville Blue.

Sealed bids must be timely received by one of the following two ways. namely
